This scholarship is opened for graduates in the auspicious occasion, a celebration of the 60th Anniversary of the Faculty of Science, Mahidol University in 2018. The Faculty of Science offers specially 1 scholarship for individual 11 potential graduate programs in science and technology. The study opportunity at the Faculty of Science, Mahidol University can be classified into various well-established undergraduate and graduate studies, comprising of more than forty (40) outstanding international programs, but there are only ten (10) different international programs among these are occasionally opened for available scholarships provided under the “MUSC-TU Scholarship for Human Resource Development in Science & Technology in the Remembrance of the Late King Rama IX of Thailand”.
There are a total of nine (9) different areas of expertise as a prioritized program that the Faculty of Science, Mahidol University offered under the “MUSC-TU Scholarship for Human Resource Development in Science & Technology in the Remembrance of the Late King Rama IX of Thailand”, which is covered the areas of basic and applied science and others. These study areas consist of its own study program structures and required different credits (lecture/lab/self-study) to complete the study, details as shown in the table below:
The “Scholarship for Human Resource Development in Science & Technology in the Remembrance of Late King Rama IX of Thailand”, agrees to support almost of the expenses under the regular requirements of the Faculty of Graduate Studies for graduate students, exempting one items is not supported and some items are required to cover partially by the selected Graduate Programs. The scholarship will also offer some amounts of the living allowance for the applicants. These expenses are shown as the table below.
The study fee details as described in table 2.1 is jointly supported by MUSC and Program, this support covers only the coursework and total credits that announced by the curriculum. The amount of research supplied fee is jointly supported by MUSC and Program. Partial support of monthly living allowance is 6,000 THB/month for the total amount of 144,000/2 years.
